What we do

We produce product photography from reference photos you supply, through Studio, the self-serve tool you drive yourself.

Who owns the work

You do. Once you have paid, the images and video we deliver are yours to use anywhere — ads, your store, social, print. We keep the right to show work we have made in our own portfolio, unless you ask us not to. Say the word and we will not.

What you promise us

• The photos you upload are of your own products, or you have the right to use them.
• You will not upload anything illegal, or a person’s likeness without their permission.

We may refuse or stop work that breaks this, and we will tell you why.

Paying

• Studio bundles are monthly or annual, paid in advance. Credits are a monthly allowance: they refill on the 1st and unused ones do not roll over.
• The published portfolio and the free Studio tier are there so you can judge the work before spending anything.
• Payment is by InstaPay or bank transfer. We confirm within four hours during working hours.

Getting it right

If a delivered image does not match your product — wrong shape, wrong colour, wrong detail — tell us and we re-shoot it at no cost. That is not a favour, it is the standard we hold ourselves to.

What we cannot promise

We cannot promise a particular commercial result. We produce creative; how it performs depends on your offer, your audience and your spend. Anyone who promises you sales figures from a photograph is guessing.

Stopping

You can stop a subscription at any time by emailing us. It runs to the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed. We do not lock anyone into a term.
